Currently, it's impossible, as 3CX does not provide embeddable components. You continue using the phone option that you are using with 3CX currently.
You will only need a Zendesk Talk Partner Edition subscription. It's included in Zendesk Suite and can be added as an add-on for Zendesk Support plans
